FX INCOME Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the FX INCOME Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
FX INCOME reserves the right to update or change the Terms from time to time. Any new features, tools, or resources added to the Program will be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your Account and forfeiture of any unpaid affiliate commissions. You participate in the Program at your own risk.
Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to participate in affiliate programs in your jurisdiction.
You must be a human user; automated or bot accounts are not permitted.
You must provide your full legal name, valid email address, and any other requested information during signup.
Each account is single-use; multiple people sharing one login is prohibited.
You are responsible for account security. FX INCOME is not liable for any loss due to compromised accounts.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity under your account.
One person or legal entity may maintain only one account.
You may not use the Program for illegal purposes, or violate any applicable laws, including copyright or data privacy laws.
You may not use affiliate links to purchase FX INCOME products for personal gain.
Product Definition
For the purposes of this Program, “Product” refers to any FX INCOME digital service, subscription, trading tool, or educational resource offered via https://www.fxincome.online. All references to Product sales, commissions, or referrals relate exclusively to these offerings.
Links / Graphics
After signup, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code. You may place links, banners, or other FX INCOME graphics on your site, emails, or communications following our guidelines.
We may update artwork at any time but will not change dimensions without notice.
Special Links provided must be used for tracking and commission purposes. Commissions are only paid on sales made via properly formatted Special Links.
Referral Fees / Commissions
A referral fee is earned only when a customer clicks a Special Link and completes a Product purchase during that session.
Commissions are automatically tracked; we will not pay for untracked or manually reported sales.
Fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive sales may lead to forfeiture of commissions.
Payment threshold: Commissions are paid monthly only after reaching $50 USD. Accounts not reaching $50 will roll over to the next month.
Payment Schedule & Method
Payments are made monthly once the $50 threshold is met.
Payments will be processed via Binance or other payment methods indicated by FX INCOME.
FX INCOME is not responsible for transaction delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Identifying Yourself as an FX INCOME Affiliate
You may not issue press releases or misrepresent your relationship with FX INCOME.
You may not claim to develop FX INCOME products or imply any partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship beyond what is explicitly allowed.
Do not purchase Products via your own affiliate links for personal gain.
Customer Definition
Customers who purchase through the Program are customers of FX INCOME. FX INCOME policies regarding orders, service, and product availability apply. Product prices may vary, and we cannot guarantee availability or pricing accuracy.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site, including:
Technical operation of your site and related equipment
Ensuring links do not violate third-party agreements
Accuracy and appropriateness of materials and Special Links
Compliance with copyright, trademark, privacy, and other legal rights
Compliance with anti-spam and data privacy requirements, including applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR where relevant
Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws, data privacy laws, and marketing regulations in your jurisdiction.
Term & Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your affiliate application and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, remove all FX INCOME links, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials.
FX INCOME may terminate the Program or your account at any time, including for fraudulent or illegal activities. Outstanding commissions above $20 will be paid.
Relationship of Parties
You and FX INCOME are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
Limitation of Liability
FX INCOME is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the total referral fees paid or payable under this Agreement.
Disclaimers
FX INCOME makes no guarantees of income. Earnings depend on your effort and market performance.
FX INCOME products and the Program are provided “as is”, without warranties of fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement.
FX INCOME is not liable for interruptions, errors, or losses arising from Program participation.
Independent Investigation
You acknowledge you have read and understood this Agreement. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating and are not relying on any guarantees or representations outside this Agreement.
Arbitration
Disputes will be submitted to confidential arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except for intellectual property violations where FX INCOME may seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration decisions are binding.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
You may not assign this Agreement without FX INCOME written consent.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FX INCOME regarding the Program.
Termination & Fraud Clauses
FX INCOME reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to the Program or any other FX INCOME service for any reason at any time.
Termination of your account will result in the deactivation or removal of all affiliate links, materials, and access, and any unpaid commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable sales or marketing methods may be forfeited. FX INCOME retains the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Relationship of Parties
You and FX INCOME are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or any other formal relationship.
You do not have the authority to make any offers, representations, or commitments on behalf of FX INCOME, and you may not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or official relationship beyond what is expressly allowed under this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
FX INCOME shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from participation in the Program.
The total liability of FX INCOME to you under this Agreement will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you.
All Products and Program services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. FX INCOME does not guarantee income, results, or uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Program or its services.
